01 Curatorial Strategy The intellectual framework for the program — themes, artist universe, and rooms-by-room intent — aligned with the architecture, the operator, and the place.

02 Commission Management From artist agreements to studio visits, fabrication, and on-site installation — bespoke works developed end to end.

03 Acquisition & Placement Sourcing from galleries, artist studios, and the secondary market when the right work isn't being made new. Hanging plans, sight lines, and lighting calibrated for the room.

04 Program Direction Budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination across the full arc — one team accountable from kickoff through opening.
